<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition excellent in initial adhesion and durable adhering property to a barrier material and also a low temperature impact resistance of a multiple layered structural material containing a regrind material. SOLUTION: This adhesive resin composition contains (a) a modified polyethylene obtained by grafting an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative on a polyethylene having 0.1-2.0 g/10 min MFR and 0.91-0.96 g/cm<3> density, (b) an unmodified polyethylene having 0.1-3.0 g/10 min MFR and 0.910-0.965 g/cm<3> density, and has (10/90)-(90/10) blending mass ratio (a)/(b) of the modified polyethylene (a) to unmodified polyethylene (b), 0.925-0.940 g/cm<3> density, >=0.09 mass % unsaturated carboxylic acid and unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative content, and 0.1-1.5 g/10 min MFR.</p> |
