Cleaning and/or makeup removing composition comprises an aqueous phase, at least one makeup-removing oil, i.e. an ester (II) of a fatty acid of at least 12C and as emulsifier for dispersing AP and the oil, a dimethicone polyol (I). Cleaning and/or makeup removing composition (A) comprises: (i) at least 78% aqueous phase (AP); (ii) at least one makeup-removing oil, i.e. an ester (II) of a fatty acid of at least 12C; and (iii) as emulsifier for dispersing AP and the oil, a dimethicone polyol (I).
