The device has two rollers (7) carrying a printing ribbon (8), and a support (2) with two opposite lateral walls forming a U shaped structure by folding a cardboard matrix. One of the walls has circular orifices and the other wall has non-circular orifices. Each roller has a circular end (9) and a split end (10) engaged in the orifices of the walls to immobilize the rollers on the support for placing the rollers in a cassette (20). An independent claim is also included for a receptacle of a printing device.
