<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus for produce set with carrying lines for every grade with good visibility and work efficiency on a distribution conveyer with trays distributed thereto based on the inspection result of an inspection means. <P>SOLUTION: Produce A contained in the trays B on a carrying conveyer 2 constituting the inspection apparatus 1 for produce is inspected with an external inspection apparatus 3, to determine the grade of the produce A individually with a control device 9. The trays B are distributed by a distribution device 6 to respective carrying courses on the distribution conveyer 8 constituting a grade determination apparatus 7, based on the determination result of the control device 9, the grade of produce A is visually determined in the first to third areas and changed or corrected to proper carrying courses. Then, the grade of the produce A is comprehensively determined individually by the control device 9 based on the inspection information of the external inspection apparatus 3, the internal inspection apparatus 4, and a weight inspection device 5, and classified into the grade or classification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
