The advertisement calls for viewer of message to tune-in to listen to the audio message linked to the advertisement. The system enabling such an innovation is mounted to the broadcast billboar d. The elements contained in the cut out box which provide this unique way t o transmit visual+ auditory messages. The combination of both is truly a never-seen before advancement in traditional advertising to consumer.
