<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature air separating apparatus capable of supplying a high-pressure product oxygen gas to a user and capable of suppressing an increase in operation cost. <P>SOLUTION: This low-temperature air separating apparatus is formed by taking out, through a second product oxygen line, a part of the amount of all product oxygen retrieved from a double-rectifying tower 11, evaporating and heating the retrieved liquid oxygen in a main heat exchanger after being pressurized to a specified pressure to form a product oxygen gas, taking out the remaining oxygen in the form of oxygen gas through a second product oxygen line 5, and compressing the retrieved oxygen gas to a specified pressure by an oxygen gas compressor 5a after being heated by the main heat exchanger 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
