<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical paperwork processing apparatus provided with functions to appropriately bill instruction fees. <P>SOLUTION: The medical paperwork processing apparatus has a display means 1 for displaying an examination information registration screen, which includes patient data columns, examination data columns and instruction fees data columns, and a storage means 3 for storing instruction fees calculation masters provided with disease name data and instruction fees data corresponding to the disease name data. The apparatus also has a control means 4 for extracting corresponding instruction fees data based on disease name data for patients with referring to the instruction fees calculation masters, and for sorting the extracted instruction fees data in decreasing order of points to display them in the instruction fees data columns on the examination information registration screen in the display means if there are a plurality of extracted instruction fees data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
