Rotary-dividing device contains housing having in the lower part a centering lug and guiding keys, base plate with faceplate located on the front end of the housing, and fixing elements. Additionally, the device contains the drive rigidly fixed in the housing, wave reducer rigidly fixed in the housing, input shaft of said reducer is connected with the drive, and output shaft is rigidly connected with the faceplate, pulse sensor connected with the output drive shaft, and position detectors, one of which is mounted in the housing of drive, and two other detectors are mounted in the housing of device. In this case, fixing elements are mounted on the base plate.
