Method of operation of a well includes electrical heating of the product of the well, with control of electric power of heating and temperature measurement. Heating of product of the well is performed continuously in M points of the stem of the well, in each of those temperature of product of the well comes to temperature exceeding not more than by 5-10 degrees the temperature at which lost of fluidity of the well product is possible, this has in its composition pyrobitumens and tars, or there is possible beginning of formation and deposition at the inner walls of the pump-compressor pipes of paraffins and so on. One performs heating of pipes of separate sections of the pump-compressor pipes heated by means of heating elements installed at the outer surface of the pipe of the section being heated, temperature is measured at the surface of the pipe of each section being heated, at its upper end, heating is switched on at once after installation to well of the string of pump-compressor pipes with sections being heated and starting the well. When the temperature measured at the surface of the pipe of the section being heated comes, in the j-th heating point, where j=1,2,à,M, to maximal prescribed value, one switches off heating and, besides that, decreases electric power of the channel of the block of electric power supply of the j-th heating point by prescribed value, and heating in the j-th point is switched off when temperature being measured at the surface of the pipe of the section being heated comes to prescribed value.
