The proposed device for concurrently recording, storing, and reproducing images contains an array of optical cells, two current interrupters, and additionally, an inverter. The array has two control inputs. The outputs of the current interrupters are connected to the corresponding control inputs of the array. Each optical cell contains a light-emitting diode with a photothyristor. The output of the inverter is connected to the control input of the first current interrupter, and the input is connected to the control input of the second current interrupter and the timing input of the proposed device.
