摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet which is excellent in electric conductivity, thermal conductivity and forming workability in press forming, and also has high strength. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet has a composition containing, by mass, 0.2 to 1.5% Si, 0.2 to 1.5% Mg and >0.015 to 0.2% Ti, and further one or two kinds of metals selected from 0.02 to 0.15% Mn and 0.02 to 0.14% Cr, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and also has an electric conductivity of≥50% IACS and a thermal conductivity of≥200 w/m×K. When the aluminum alloy material having the above components is cold-rolled, solid solution treatment is performed at 500 to 570°C in the process of the cold rolling. Successively, it is cold-rolled at a final cold rolling ratio of 5 to 40%, and is thereafter annealed so as to be heated at 150 to 190°C. The material in which excellent electric conductivity and thermal conductivity, and high formability and strength are secured, and which is suitable to the utilization, e.g., for a plasma display and an electronic component can be obtained.
