Mixer contains vertical housing with the rotor in the form of two truncated conical shells located inside on the vertical rotor shaft rigidly connected together by smaller bases and equipped with blades in the form screw tapes. Lower conical shell has only one blade in the form of screw tape with arrangement of its beginning in the lower part of the shell and has blades in the form of channel surfaces formed by motion along screw conical line 1/6... 1/8 of the circle arc of variable radius, plane of which is perpendicular to the guiding tapered helix described by its center.
