<p>The invention relates to pentafluorosulfanyl phenyl-substituted benzoylguanidines of formulas I and II, wherein R1, R1', R2, R2', R3, R3', R4 and X are defined as cited in the claims. Said compounds are suitable for use as anti-arrhythmic medicaments with a cardio-protective component for the treatment and prophylaxis of infarcts and for the treatment of angina pectoris. They also preventively inhibit the pathophysiological processes that occur during damage resulting from ischaemia, in particular the triggering of cardiac arrhythmia resulting from ischaemia.</p> |
