The universal unit for formation of thermo-blocks made of foam-polystyrene has body with split mould placed in it with gap, with perforated outer walls, and system for steam supply to the mould, for air and condensate takeoff from the mould, this has at least one perforated insert forming in perimeter a closed hollow volume. At that the unit is equipped with push-out unit for ready panel, this comprises a set of rods arranged with possibility of displacement inside the mould. At the ends of the slat drive rods are installed, those go through the body of the unit and are made with possibility of displacement. To the gap between the mould and the body systems for steam supply, for condensate discharge and vapor outlet and for cooling water feeding, and evacuation system, are connected. Collectors are equipped with shutoff valves, and the collector for vapor supply is additionally equipped with safety valve, and the cover is arranged with possibility of displacement from the body by means of drive. To the cover of the unit at least one air collector is connected for polystyrene granules filling to the inner cavity of the mould through respective channels provided in the cover. At that at the air collector controlled air ejector is provided. The body is equipped with two side covers, one of those is arranged as one part with the body, and the other one is made with possibility of displacement by means of drive.
