A rolling-up mechanism of round-knitting machine has a takeup stick placed in guides, a cloth beam placed in supports, and the drive of the takeup stick, with chain gear with driving and driven sprockets; at that the axles of the takeup stick and the cloth beam are installed in parallel, and the rollers themselves are installed with possibility of pressing to each other. Besides that, the drive of the takeup stick is additionally equipped with flexible shaft, its one end is rigidly connected to the driven sprocket of the chain transmission, and the other end is kinematically connected to the takeup stick; at that the takeup stick is placed over the cloth beam, and the axles of those are placed in vertical plane.
