The proposed method for estimating biological pollution or an agriculture pond implies the microscopic analysis of fish tissues. The method is distinctive by determining the content of abnormal mitosises in somatic cells of the tissues. If the content of mitosises is up to 0.8 %, it is necessary to improve the water cycle and gas exchange in the pond. The pollution of the pond is threatening for fish viability if the content of mitosises is 0.8 ... 2.0 %.
