The method for obtaining the preparation from the smooth chorion provides for separating the elements of chorion from placenta, washing and decontaminating the tissue, cutting the tissue to the fragments, cooling the tissue fragments followed by the storage of the preparation at low temperature. The tissue of chorion is separated from placenta in sterile conditions followed by its treatment in saline solution combining the washing and the decontamination of the tissue. Then, the tissue is transferred to the sterile tray and cut to the pieces in the laminar flow cabinet. Upon washing, the fragments of the tissues are placed into the sterile polypropylene containers for the storage in the frozen state. Prior to the use, the material is thawed by placing the containers to the water-bath.
