The device for detecting the obstacles by the blind people contains the connected in series the channel for detecting the pits and the channel for detecting the water obstacles. In the channel for detecting the pits, the emitter is connected with the electronic key; the photodetector is connected with the gate cascade, the storage unit, univibrator, the integrating filter, the generator of the second frequency, and the vertical detector. The output of the latter is connected with the input of the adder. In the channel for detecting the water obstacles, the unit of the contact rings is connected to the modulator and the generator of the third frequency. The output of the latter is connected with the input of the adder. The channel for detecting the projections contains the gate cascade, univibrator, and the generator of the first frequency connected in series. The output of univibrator is connected with the input of the adder. The output of the adder is connected with piezoelectric emitter. The generator is connected with the channel for detecting the projections and the channel for detecting the pits through the commuter.
