A METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF TAR OIL AND POLYMER BINDING AGENT

A method for the preparation of tar oil and polymer binding agent is performed by mixing coal tar with waste of styrene production in the form of cube residues of styrene rectification. Before mixing with tar cube residues of styrene rectification are incorporated in the kindled coal pitch and at continuous mixing this mixture is heated to the temperature of 140+- 2 DEGREE C. Further, mixture is kept at this temperature for no less than 2 hours with subsequent increase of its temperature to 160+- 5 DEGREE C and keeping at this temperature for no less than 2 hours, with subsequent dilution of the obtained coal tar and corse composition to the necessary viscosity with low viscous coal tar, anthracene oil or coal resin.
