SEPARATING DEVICE OF A POTATO HARVESTER

A separating device of a potato harvester contains a frame and a separating elevator. The separating elevator consists of two driving shafts, whereon sprockets of different diameter are mounted alternatively with sprockets of a certain diameter fixed immovably and sprockets of other diameter in such a manner as to allow rotating. A sprocket of a larger diameter on one shaft is corresponded by a sprocket of a lesser diameter on the other shaft. Chains, which form a continuous belt of the elevator and move with different speeds, are arranged on the sprockets.
