TECHNIQUE FOR INTRAOPERATIVE DECONTAMINATION OF LAPAROTOMIC WOUND

摘要

The technique for intraoperative decontamination of the laparotomic wound comprises the treatment of the wound surface with antiseptic solution. Upon dissecting the laparotomic wound, the wound is surrounded by the pieces of the gauze soaked with the mixture of the drugs containing Dimexid, Dexametason, Ceftriaxon. The polluted serviettes are changed for the clean ones.
