With analgesic, antipyretic and antiphlogistic activity are new compounds of formula:- (where R1 is H or lower alkyl, R2 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy oir halogen and R5 is H or lower alkyl), including their salts and are prepared by heating a compound of formula:- until an equimolar amount of CO2 has split off, and opt. treating with an (in)organic base.</p> |
