METHOD FOR ASSESSING REGIONAL ACTIVITY OF PLATELETS AND FORMS OF THEIR GENERALIZATION IN PATIENTS WITH OBLITERATING ENDARTERITIS OF LOWER LIMBS

The method for assessing the regional activity of platelets and the forms of their generalization in the patients with obliterating endarteritis of the lower limbs consists in assaying the adhesiveness of the platelets in the blood sampled from the vein of the lower limb towards the red blood cells of group 0. The number of the platelets per one red blood cell in the blood sampled from the lower limb is estimated as well as the number of the platelets in the blood sampled from the upper limb. The comparison of the data allows one to assess the regional activity of platelets and the forms of their generalization
