The method for the early autodermoplasty of the complicated forms of diabetic foot comprises the use of the free flaps of the autologous skin. For stimulating the development of the granulation tissue prior to reconstruction surgery and after the surgery, the dermal equivalent comprising the collagenous gel with the autologous dermal fibroblasts is applied.
