The method for preparing native and inactivated virus vaccine against Newcastle disease of the fowl comprises the reproduction of virus stock, Newcastle disease virus La-Sota strain, the assay of the hemagglutination activity, and the mixing of the components. The virus is propagated using the transplantable cell lines of the following origin: the versenized embryonic porcine kidney, the sheep kidney, or the coronary blood vessels of the calves.
