The appliance for prevention of objectionable odors from lavatory pan has the seat with base with cut and cover, those by means of couples of hinged joints are connected to the pan, and air conduit, its outlet is connected to the exhaust ventilation of the house. The axis of rotation of hinged joints of the pan seat is suction element, this is placed between the hinged joints and is directed to the side of the cavity of the pan and has the outer opening connected to the inlet of the air conduit. The base of the pan seat between the hinged joints closely fits the suction element and has convex upward, non-closed shape with at least one rigidity rib. Two ends of the rigidity ribs adjoin the hinged joints of the base.
