A method for natural and technogenetic water purification of uranium microconcentrations and other microelements is based on the application of heat-resistant sorbent. The water is filtered in sorption columns, filled with sorbent which contains a mixture of cerium dioxide CeO? and silicon dioxide of SiO2, at that the size of sorbent granules is of 0.5-1.0 mm, and filtration rate of filtration is of 20 dm3/h.
