FIELD: electric machine industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: three-phase double-layer electric machine winding in z=174 c grooves at 2p=22 c poles with number of grooves per pole and phase q=z/3p=58/11 made of 3pc coil groups with numbers from 1G to 33G c and grouping of coils by row 65565556555, which is repeated 3c times: in the first grouping 1G...11G coils have steps by grooves yn=8 with number of turns (1-x)wc of coils i=l, 6 groups of six-coil, (1+x)Wc coils i'=3 groups of five-coil, (1-x)Wc coils of i'=5 groups 2G,5G,9G, i'=1 groups 3G, 7G, 11G and concentric groups 6G, 10G with y'gi= 12-2(i'-1) at wc turns in the other coils of groups. Such distribution of coils with unequal number of turns is repeated in every subsequent grouping, where c=1, 2, 3; i=1...6 and i'=1...5 - numbers of coils in groups; 2wc - number of grooves turns that are completely filled with winding with optimal value of x=0.48. ^ EFFECT: reduction of differential scattering coefficient sigmas for symmetric m'=3-zone electric machine fractional (q=58/11) loop winding. ^ 4 dwg |
