The invention relates to preventive medicine and can be used for preventing and correcting a functional desynchronosis of various organs and systems of a human organism, which are caused by professional and technogenic factors. Said invention makes it possible to develop a method for preventing and correcting a chronic desynchronosis taking into consideration the characters of the individual biorhythms of separate organs and systems of the human organism and chrono-biological correction agent for carrying out said method, which is based on a vegetable raw materials, vitamins, mineral substances and adaptogenes. The inventive method for preventing and correcting a chronic desynchronosis associated with the use of a biologically active correcting agent consists in pre-evaluating the organism physiological state, in determining, on the basis of the evaluation results, the degree of biorhythmic disorders and main desynchronosis evidences, in selecting peaks of the active and passive phases of individual biological rhythms and in assigning a peroral chrono-biological correction agent according to the organism physiological state, wherein the agent-taking time is selected according to the selected peaks of the active and passive phases of individual biological rhythms. A two-phase chrono-biological correction agent which is used for carrying out the inventive method and consists of morning and evening complexes is also disclosed. |
