FIELD: measuring engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises solid concrete foundation made of a hopper, mechanical balancing mechanism mounted in the foundation, platform for balance made of concrete plate , and measuring railways. The surface of the balance platform is provided with projections made of concrete sleeper and arranged symmetrically to its longitudinal axis. The top section of the platform has hollows that receives balancing strain gages. The signal from the gages is fed to the computer through the unit of secondary converters.
