<p>Bakery oven has ring shaped pipes for circulating a heating medium which form the walls of both the oven and of the fire box. The oven contains several series of pipes each having a fire box and a baking chamber, the baking chambers belonging to the different series of pipes which are separated from each other by partitions of thermally insulating material. Specifically the oven contains 3 series of pipes of which the series forming the central fire is the bottom baking chamber of the oven.</p> |
