Post is made inform of rod with threaded end square to first base and rigidly secured on said base on which second base is installed fixing elastic member of spring-type by means of elastic members fitted in slots of second base by means of cover and cylindrical flexible washer fitted on said rod. Object to be isolated in secured on free end of spring-type elastic member.
