The device has two connecting parts (24) and two slides (26) that slides vertically with respect to a rail (12) integrated to a side of a frame. A pin (44) in a piercing (50A) of rails maintains the slide in lower and upper positions with respect to the rails. Each connection part is connected to the slide by immobilizing with respect to the slide using a tab (42) and a hook (32). An independent claim is also included for a process to install a roller blind, having a shaft carried by a support, in top part of a frame.
