FIELD: organic chemistry, peptides, amino acids. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for solid-phase synthesis of peptide of the formula: pGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-D-Trp-Leu-Arg-Pro-Gly-NH2. Method involves carrying out synthesis on chloromethylated polystyrene resin involving the transient protection of NH-group of indole in any tryptophane residue (Trp) and the transient protection of histidine residue (His) by the tosyl group.
