The ring passage is defined by two parallel planes of the faces of the jet-generating devices. One of the devices is made of unmovable member and movable member-resonator which is made of an abrasion-resistant material and interposed between two flexible rings. The movable member of the jet-generating device is provided with the exit section of the nozzle and section of the toroidal chamber that defines a resonance space together with the section of toroidal chamber mounted in the housing.
