发明名称 МОЛЕКУЛЯРНЫЙ ДВИГАТЕЛЬ
摘要 FIELD: nanomachines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of nanometric motors based on one of transport systems of extant sell. Proposed motor has housing, stator, outer rotor, reservoir for adenosine triphosphoric axis and control of pressure and concentration of adenosine triphosphoric acid. Kinesin and microtubule are used as biological working pair. Kinesings-biological linear motors are secured on outer surface of stator over circumference in row, and microtubules consisting of monomeric globules - alpha tubulin and beta tubulin, are secured in slot on inner surface of rotor. Stator, cylinder covered from two sides by semispherical envelopes, is provided with holes in wall to let out adenosine triphosphoric acid, said holes being arranged close to kinesins. Spool is installed inside stator to provide opening and closing of holes for adenosine triphosphoric acid to let it pass to kinesins at turning around longitudinal axis of stator. Pipe to deliver adenosine triphosphoric acid is secured in end face part of spool. Spool is driven by piezomechanism. Beads to hold adenosine triphosphoric acid near kinesins are made on outer surface of stator. Driven pinion is secured on outer surface of rotor. Invention provides accurate and uniform-in time delivery of adenosine triphosphoric acid to kinesins. Used of kinesin and microtubule pair improved uniformity and stability of rotation of rotor as kinesin is provided with two globular heads one of which is in rigid meshing with globular monomer of microtubule. Use of kinesin and microtubule pair increases specific power output of motor as ll kinesins operate simultaneously. ^ EFFECT: increased specific power output of motor. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg
