摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves diagnosing blood circulation disorders. Mean blood circulation velocity and resistance index are studied by applying Doppler ultrasonography approach. Blood circulation parameters are estimated in the central retinal artery and normalized resistance-velocity index is calculated as RVI=|(RIn-RI')/Rin|/|(Vn-V')/Vn| under condition of V<>Vn, where RIn is the resistance index in the central retinal artery in normal state; Vn is the mean blood circulation velocity in the central retinal artery in normal state; RI' is the resistance index in the central retinal artery under study; V' is the mean blood circulation velocity in the central retinal artery under study. The normalized RVI value being greater than 0.35, proliferative diabetic retinopathy stage is diagnosed at 68% diagnostic accuracy. The value being less than 0.35, non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy stage is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: high diagnosis accuracy.
