FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has tubular body having end head member for sucking blood. The head member has central opening and radial slits. A tube is coaxially arranged in the device body. Ring-shaped canal is available between the internal and external tube surface. Anticoagulant is supplied via the internal tube. The internal ring-shaped canal serves for sucking-off blood. Hole connected to the ring-shaped canal is available on the device body in its middle part. Plug is mounted on end face opposite to sucking head. The plug has two connecting pipes on its external part and one connecting pipe on the internal part. The latter is connected to tube for supplying anticoagulant and to one of the external connecting pipes. The second external connecting pipe is connected to internal cavity of the plug that communicates in its turn with the ring-shaped canal. ^ EFFECT: wide range of functional applications. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
