A terminal apparatus for transmitting/receiving mails, comprising mail receiving means; determining means for determining whether a command declaration statement is present in a received mail; means for extracting and interpreting a particular command following the command declaration statement if the determination by the determining means is affirmative; making means for making, if the particular command is to make a list of objects, such a list of the corresponding objects stored in a memory of the terminal apparatus; and mail transmitting means for making and sending a mail addressed to a requesting person with the body of the mail being the list made by the making means. |
