PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly precision by mounting a water non-permeable lower case and a single layer or a plurality of layers of porous material layers on a device and providing a member for positioning them and a projecting member for pulling them. SOLUTION: A biosensor 100 that is provided with a single-layer or a plurality of layers of porous material layers 3 and is covered with a water-non- permeable case consisting of a water non-permeable upper case 1 with an addition port 1b for adding solution to be inspected and a lower case 2 is assembled. In the biosensor assembly device, the lower case 2 and the single-layer or the plurality of layers of porous material layer 3 are mounted onto it, and a member 5 for assembly with members 5b-5d for positioning them and a member 6 for separation with a projecting part 6a for pulling the member for assembly out of the biosensor are provided, thus appropriately positioning the single-layer or the plurality of layers of porous material layers 3 with the positioning members 5b-5d. After the assembly is completed, the members 5b-5d can be pulled out, thus enhancing the uniformity in the flow of a specimen being measured by the biosensor. |
