<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of notifying a suction nozzle chosen from abnormal suction nozzles, and reducing the quality level of a product to a prescribed quality level or below. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device 17 is equipped with a specifying unit 51 which specifies an abnormal suction nozzle based on the suction error rate of the suction nozzle sucking up a circuit board and obtained from an electronic part mounting unit 13; a quality judging unit 54 which judges whether the circuit board manufactured through the suction nozzle specified by the specifying unit 51 has a prescribed quality level or not, based on the inspection result data acquired from a mounting state testing unit 14 that tests the quality of the circuit board manufactured through an electronic part mounting unit 13; and a display unit 25 which displays the suction nozzle manufacturing the circuit board which is judged not to have the prescribed quality level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
