FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying Dikul balsam to skin above the lesion focus. Articulation is exposed to combined action of two members producing two electromagnetic fields arranged in perpendicular to each other. One action member is designed as two inductance coils connected in series and with additive polarity. The second action member is designed as single inductance coil. Each action member is set into oscillatory LC-circuit of corresponding self-excited oscillator producing sinusoid oscillations of carrier frequencies equal to F1 and F2 in bandwidth of 100-1000 kHz. he carrier frequencies are amplitude-modulated with low frequency signals having continuously variable frequency belonging to bandwidth of 100-1000 kHz so that F1 > F2. The procedure is administered once a day during 20-30 min. The treatment cycle is 10-15 procedures long. Electric field intensity near action member surface is set within 1.5-2.0 V/m. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness OF treatment.
