The machine has circulating propellable rotor (4), around vertical machine axis (MA), fitted with boiler (14) which has boiler base (15) for admission of filling material and several filling element (18) fitted around vertical machine axis. Filling element and its port is fitted in raised condition over boiler base and oriented on machine axis, radially in front of boiler.
