The CONTAINER WITH LID includes a bottom portion and a lid portion. The bottom portion includes front, rear and opposite side walls which extend slightly upwardly and outwardly from a generally rectangular bottom surface. Each of the front, rear and opposite side walls includes a series of discrete outwardly convex surfaces. The lid portion has a peripheral edge defined by outwardly straight parallel front and rear edge portions and opposite straight parallel side edge portions. A planar surface extends inwardly a small distance from the peripheral edge. First and second spaced ridges are disposed inwardly of the planar surface. The front and rear of the first ridge each have a series of outwardly convex ball-like projections to the front and rear of the first ridge.
