发明名称 METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE SCOPE OF SURGICAL TREATMENT IN CASE OF SYMBLEPHARON
摘要 FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should measure mobility of patient's eyeball against conventional eyeball's center to be detected with the help of two rulers at cross-point of mean lines of ocular fissure both horizontally and vertically. Then one should measure eyeball's deviations against conventional center to calculate the degree of its mobility according to the sum of deviations in percentage against the sum of deviations of intact eye. At mobility degree value being 0-30% one should predict combined operation on removing symblepharon that includes conjunctival plasty of both eyelids at applying labial automucosa and plasty of eyeball's conjunctiva due to applying Alloplant biomaterial. At mobility degree value being 30-50% one should predict combined operation that includes the conjunctival plasty of one, the most affected eyeball, due to applying labial automucosal. At mobility degree value being above 50% one should predict the removal of symblepharon due to plasty of eyelid's conjunctiva and that of eyeball due to applying Alloplant biomaterial only.
