摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform identification even if a line sensor is inclined in a direction which intersects with a scanning direction in a method of identifying a part with the line sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In the method that a part image is fetched from the line sensor by an image processing unit 10 to perform the identification while moving a part mounting head 1 in a certain direction to the line sensor of a camera tube 3, the slope angle of the line sensor in a direction which intersects with the scanning direction is detected to find a coordinate conversion formula from the scope angle, and a compensation is performed in the image processing in accordance with coordinate conversion formula. As a test identification processing for detecting the scope angle of the line sensor, processings that the part image is fetched from the line sensor and is identified while moving the head 1 in the scanning direction to the camera tube section 3 are performed twice, the position of the part mounting head to the line sensor is offset by a predetermined quantity in both processings, and the scope angle of the line sensor is found from the offset quantity and the part positions each found in each of the processings above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
