<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand control apparatus that can output the beginning or the end of a time period. <P>SOLUTION: The demand control apparatus 3 comprises a signal output section 31 and an input section 32. The signal output section 31 is connected with an LED 4, and a signal for the LED 4 to start emitting light is sent at the beginning or the end of a demand time period.
