<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow spaces outside a pair of walls opposed to each other and having a central space therebetween to communicate with each other by a simple work. <P>SOLUTION: A connecting pipe member 30 is inserted into a hole formed in a pair of walls to traverse the central space 20 formed between the walls. In a longitudinally intermediate part of the connecting pipe member 30, an intermediate diameter part 32 located in the central space 20 is formed, One end of the intermediate diameter part 32 protrudes from one wall. A large diameter part 34 is formed in the protruding end. A small diameter part 36 is formed on the other end of the intermediate diameter part 32. The small diameter part 36 protrudes from the other wall.
