The invention provides a resistor material comprising a conductive material and an additive; said conductive material comprising one of a material represented by a general formula of Nb x La 1-x B 6-4x (x = 0.1 to 0.9); and said additive comprising aluminium nitride (AIN) having a mean particle size of 0.5 µ m or less and silicon oxide (SiO 2 ) having a mean particle size of 0.5 µ m or less.
