FIELD: machine tool industry, hydroautomatics, valves. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is design to protect system from overpressures. Proposed safety overflow valve consists of housing with drain channel and stepped working space which accommodates seat interacting with gate provided with closing outer surface and inner space with inlet throttling hole accommodating of spring-loaded plunger with through inner space and inlet space and inlet throttling hole. Working space of housing interacts with space of control valve. Filter is fitted on plunger stem, plunger stem being made with through inlet holes communicating with inner space of plunger. End of stem is provided with plug. Throttling outlet hole is made in bottom is zone of fastening of spring whose free end face is fitted on branch pipe of stop in end face working space of housing and provided with inner space connected by transient channel with space of control valve and inlet throttling hole located in branch pipe of stop and connected with working space of housing. Outer surface of gate has guide ring projection with central ring groove and ring groove found between ring projection and locking contact surface. End of ring groove in zone of locking surface is made to radius. Paired rubber and fluoroplastic seals are installed both ring groove of gate and between seat and steps of housing space. Threaded hole is provided in valve housing in which cup is secured in inner space of which spring-loaded control valve is installed. Drain space interacts with space of control valve provided either with stop or additional distributing valve. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of process, simplified design, improved manufacturability and assembly of valve mechanism. ^ 1 dwg |
